I create safe, supportive spaces for people to explore their vocational aspirations. I specialise in coaching individuals in the workplace and higher education. My approach is person-centred, strengths-based, and informed by lived experience.

I collaborate with universities, charities, local authorities, and social enterprises to drive meaningful change in neurodiversity, emotional wellbeing, and organisational culture.
